Stuffies brings the retail stuff-a-bear entertainment experience to your party! YAY!

As parents, we understand the need for the perfect kids' party therefore good entertainment is vital! If you book Stuffies, we have a 100% guarantee your guests will have a blast and will be talking about your event for months. We find it essential to bring smiles with our unique stuff-a-bear experience.

We offer Unicorns, Bears, Tigers, Dogs, Cats, Elephants, Lions, Monkeys, Dinosaurs, and so much more!

After a stuffy is chosen, children insert a heart to make it come to life and a star for wishful stuffy talents. The stuffy will then be filled with our innovative and entertaining mobile stuffing machine. Once the stuffy is built, it is time to name it, and take a picture for your bear certificate. From our luxury packages below, additional stuffy accessories are available.

Package options

The Smiley Stuffy

StuffiesNY comes to your location with various 16-inch animals Stuffies, a Stuffing Machine, and one Stuffies host for 1.5 hours. Each guest receives one animal friend (to be stuffed), a satin heart, a wishing star, a creation/birth certificate, and stickers. There is also a grooming station/ table with Beary cute chairs for the children to play with during the event. The Guest of Honor will also receive a bear headband. Packages includes 12 children for $550; $30 per additional child.

The Fantastic Stuffy

This package includes the contents of the Smiley Stuffy package as well as a Stuffy t-shirt, markers, and a color your own carry bag. Packages includes 12 children at $675; $35 per additional child.

The Luxury Stuffy

This package includes the contents of the Fantastic Stuffy package as well as an additional 30 minutes with a Stuffies host and a complete outfit of choice for your new stuffy friend. Your child gets to dress-up their new friend! Sample outfits below! Packages includes 12 children at $775; $40 per additional child.

Add a Stuffy Mascot

You can add a life-size party mascot to your package for extra memorable photos for one hour. Our mascots are incredibly animated and not only pose for photos- they can dance too! Our costumes and equipment are of the highest quality. Our equipment is kept clean and regularly maintained. Add on to any package for $150 Male and Female Bear Available

F.A.Q's

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least two months in advance to secure your date and stuffy preferences but people cancel and spots can always open short notice. Please fill out the Contact Us form below for any inquiries.

Do you require a deposit?

We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to secure your booking. The rest of the payment is due 14 days prior to your event. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for an available date in the future 6 months.

What areas do you service?

While we cover all of Long Island and many parts of NY and NJ, we are located in Nassau County, Long Island and we primarily operate in our county. However, you are welcome to contact us with inquiries for areas beyond Nassau. All deliveries within the 20 mile radius are free. There may be an additional charge for further distances. Please contact us for details.

What do we need to set up for you?

We simply need a plug within 50 feet of the set-up and a flat ground. 

What surfaces can you set up on?

We can have a stuffy party indoors or outdoors. We can set up inside and outside on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, and pavers. We can even set up at a park as long as there is a power source within 50 feet of where you would like to set up. We do not provide a generator if there is not a power source. We cannot under any circumstances set up on uneven grounds, rocks, gravel, mud, or dirt.

If we book outdoors- what is your rain policy?

If we need to cancel due to rain, your deposit will be held for an available rescheduled date within 6 months. We ask that you allow us to play it by ear until day of and not cancel, as most times it is only scattered showers.
